Female Necro armor - Guild Wars Forums

Anyone know which piece it is that looks like a bustier? I have used/seen all the normal ones and even to my sadness made a 15k piece that wasnt it. I saw it on someone else who refused to answer when i asked which piece it was. Is it armor from the desert? As always, help is greatly appreciated.
